The challenge
This role is the operational lead for the WW Education Sales & Customer Success organisation, ensuring operational excellence across the business. This includes strategic alignment, governance, and execution across multiple programmes. The individual will manage leadership cadences, business priorities, financial T&E reporting/expectation setting, and cross-functional initiatives to enable and improve organisational efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Drive operational rhythms including weekly meetings, executive reviews, skip-level roundtables, and RTBs.
- Prepare agendas, narratives, and outputs for leadership meetings, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Lead on all Managers meetings and Quarterly All Hands, creating the agendas, recruiting speakers, creating all the material and prepping leadership. Includes driving these meetings as host
- Lead and coordinate planning and delivery of programmes such as Education Forum, International team meetings and other strategic priorities.
- Support the Education sales leadership team on execution of events such as executive roundtables or other customer events.
- Manage budgets, T&E, and spot bonus processes (including AwardCo recognition), ensuring compliance and alignment with leadership expectations. This includes planning of budgets for any events that will need additional approval.
- Work closely with Education Strategy & Operations org on executing strategies or initiatives they have planned. Ensure constant alignment and connection for successful delivery of business priorities.
- Act as a key liaison between GTM, PMM, Marketing, and Enablement teams to ensure cohesive execution of activities
- Respond to urgent requests from senior leadership, including agenda & content creation, stakeholder engagement, and operational troubleshooting.
What You Need To Succeed
- 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy & operations, program management supporting senior leadership in a complex work environment
- Proven experience driving executive operating rhythms, including weekly leadership meetings, executive business reviews, skip-level forums, and regular touchpoints (RTBs), with full ownership of agendas, materials, follow-ups, and outcomes
- Strong program management experience leading cross-functional planning and delivery of strategic programs and events (e.g., Education Forums, international team meetings, leadership offsites), managing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience supporting sales or GTM leadership teams in the execution of executive-level events, customer forums, executive roundtables, and external-facing engagements.
- Proven ownership of budget management, including forecasting, tracking, and approvals for programs and events; experience managing T&E, spot bonus programs, and employee recognition platforms
- Track record of close partnership with Strategy & Operations teams to operationalize strategic initiatives, translate strategy into execution, and ensure consistent alignment across leadership and delivery teams.
- Demonstrated success acting as a cross-functional connector, partnering with GTM, Product Marketing, Marketing, and Enablement teams to drive cohesive planning, execution, and communication.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
