In order to accompany the growth of Biocodex, we are looking for a:
Finance Business Operations Head.
Within the FP&A department, you will report directly to the Head of FP&A and work closely with the Chief Business Officer. Your role will be to enable performance management, financial oversight, and transformation leadership across a global footprint of 17 subsidiaries and multiple partner regions.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the key finance partner to Business Operations leadership and provide strategic and operational insights.
- Lead the post-closing and forecast cycle analysis, tracking and aligning corrective actions with your business stakeholders internally.
- Supervise and mentor two direct reports in charge of financial closings, budgeting, and planning cycles.
- Ensure integrity, timeliness, and accuracy of financial data according to group standards.
- Challenge assumptions and ensure coherence across demand planning and financial targets.
- Promote cash awareness and balance sheet discipline, co-owning cash performance with Group Treasury.
- Support the integration of ESG metrics into the financial reporting ecosystem, in line with the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) framework.
- Collaborate as a core team member in the implementation of OneStream within Business Operations, aiming to enhance harmonization, reporting consistency, and data-driven decision-making.
- Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for country managers and partner leaders.
- Build tangible business scenarios based on internal data, market context, and external trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Champion transformation by fostering innovation, transparency, and agility within the finance community.
YOUR PROFILE
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline.
Senior experience in finance and leadership positions (e.g., Finance Director, CFO), within international organizations. Strong exposure to FP&A, performance management, and business partnering. Previous experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or FMCG environments is a plus.
Fluent in French and English.
Mastery of financial reporting tools and processes.
Prior experience with digital finance solutions and transformation projects is an advantage.
An interest in artificial intelligence and its application in the workplace is a prerequisite, as we actively encourage its adoption to boost innovation and performance on a daily basis.
