Role Description
We are looking for a OnDemand CRO / GTM Architect with 20+ years of B2B sales leadership experience. You will act as the "Revenue Watchdog" and strategic partner for REVGEN clients, translating our leads into your long-term leadership engagements. Your Mission:
- Be the Engine Builder: Implement the 8-Zone Framework to create predictable revenue for clients.
- Drive GTM Strategy: Take over client sales functions, from hiring to forecasting.
- Creative Execution: Solve complex revenue blockers that founders cannot solve themselves.
- Deliver Results: Secure long-term retention through undeniable revenue impact.
Qualifications
- 20+ years of B2B Sales and Sales Leadership experience (Required)
- Proven track record of acting as an "Engine Builder" - scaling revenue from $0-$10M or $10M-$50M.
- Ability to act as an OnDemand Leader (managing multiple stakeholders and adopting the REVGEN framework).
- Expertise in Lead Generation, Pipeline Hygiene, and Customer Acquisition.
- Strong "Watchdog" mentality: ability to audit, diagnose, and fix broken sales processes quickly.
- Experience with modern sales tech stacks and AI automation tools.
