We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist—a highly strategic, AI-forward problem solver—who will be responsible for building, optimizing, and integrating the operational systems that power our Sales and Support teams. Key Responsibilities
AI, Automation & System Optimization
- Serve as the primary owner and innovator for AI capabilities within Intercom, including Fin AI chatbot workflows, self-service automation, and intelligent routing.
- Continuously improve system performance using data, behavioral triggers, and AI-driven enhancements.
- Partner cross-functionally with Client Support & Product Teams to build and maintain Help Center articles, knowledge bases, and automated FAQ content.
- Leverage HubSpot automation tools to streamline sales and support workflows, including lead routing, deal progression, and automated follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain HubSpot dashboards and reporting to identify performance trends, improve conversion rates, and guide data-backed decision-making.
Sales & Support Operations
- Own the operational integrity and continuous improvement of HubSpot CRM and Intercom platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration between systems to support lead flow, onboarding, activation, and customer lifecycle engagement.
- Create workflows, dashboards, and reporting structures that enable real-time visibility into commercial performance.
- Partner with leadership to streamline processes, eliminate friction, and improve productivity across teams.
Feature Release Coordination & GTM Enablement
- Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, & Engineering on new feature releases, ensuring:
- Documentation is accurate and published
- Support teams are trained and equipped
- Operational processes and automations are updated prior to launch
- Coordination, scheduling, and documentation of upgrades
- Liaison between Product, Support, Sales, and Marketing to ensure unified execution and adoption.
Reporting & Insights
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards related to activation, usage, ticket resolution, lead conversion, and revenue.
- Use data to proactively recommend improvements and support decision-making.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- AI-first mindset: experience using AI tools in real workflows, not just conceptually.
- Deep experience with CRM and customer engagement platform development and optimization in an operational capacity.
- Strong process builder who enjoys operational design, efficiency, and scale thinking.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-growth environment and takes ownership without needing heavy direction.
- Experience in SaaS, marketplace, or recurring revenue models strongly preferred.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Operations, or Product Operations
- Experience with HubSpot, Intercom, or similar platforms in support of B2B sales and support
- Strong understanding of AI tools as they relate to workflow automation and support optimization
- Excellent communication skills and documentation habits
- Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
