I’m partnering with a fast scaling tech company that is transforming how electronics are designed and built. They are looking for a Business Operations Lead to take full ownership of operations across finance, people, systems, and strategy. This is a role with huge visibility and impact.
What you’ll own
• End to end business operations across finance, revenue ops, people, legal, systems, and office
• Financial processes including payroll, invoicing, budgeting, forecasting, and expense analysis
• CRM and GTM systems including HubSpot, Google Sheets, Slides and automation tools
• Recruiting operations including sourcing, pipelines, training hiring managers, and onboarding
• Company wide OKRs, quarterly planning, data accuracy, documentation, and workflows
• Vendor relationships, office operations, compliance, and equity admin
What you bring
• Proven experience leading operations in a VC backed startup at Seed or Series A
• Strong analytical skills and a systems mindset
• Excellent organisational ability with real attention to detail
• Confident communicator who can influence across teams
• Thrives in fast growth environments and enjoys solving complex problems
• High standards, self driven, and motivated to make a big impact
