You'll be central to transforming data into actionable insights, streamlining processes, and enhancing operational efficiency across Sales, Customer Experience, Tech, Marketing, and Finance. Location: Bristol, UK (Hybrid/Remote)

What you will do:
- Analyze operational and commercial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, building dashboards and reports for decision-making.
- Map and review business processes, highlighting bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and recommending improvements that balance performance with customer experience.
- Support strategic and operational projects, tracking progress, coordinating between teams, and assisting with implementation and user training.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven track record in analytical or operational roles with increasing responsibility, bringing a strong problem-solving mindset grounded in data.
- Tech-savvy with excellent Google Sheets capabilities, experience with CRM solutions (ideally HubSpot), and integrating off-the-shelf functionality.
- Demonstrated ability to create standard operating procedures and improve operational systems in fast-paced, scaling organizations.
