Title: BA work on Callidus CPQ migrating to Service Now SOM

Job Description:
We are seeking an Onsite Business Analyst with strong experience in SAP CPQ (Callidus CPQ), ServiceNow SOM, preferably someone who has worked on migrating Callidus CPQ to ServiceNow SOM. The ideal candidate must come from a Hi-Tech SaaS environment and have solid end-to-end understanding of the Opportunity-to-Order (O2O) / Quote-to-Cash processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, solutioning, and fit-gap analysis for CPQ → SOM migration.
- Work end-to-end across Opportunity, Quoting, Pricing, CLM, Ordering, Subscription Management, and Billing.
- Collaborate with GTM, Sales Ops, Sales, Deals Desk, Legal, and Finance to define optimal solutions for high-tech SaaS products.
- Support configuration, pricing, quoting, discounting, packaging/bundling, and subscription models.
- Provide functional expertise on ServiceNow SOM and SAP BRIM integration points.
- Design, prototype, and validate CPQ/SOM solutions.
