7+ years of Salesforce experience, including 5+ years focused on CPQ administration and configuration.
Proven track record in managing complex pricing models, rule sets, and scalable architecture.
Deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ data model and its integration with Sales Cloud opportunities and quotes.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and API-based integrations (REST/SOAP).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein for Sales and Agentforce for Sales Cloud.
Experience designing guided selling, approvals, and renewal workflows.
Knowledge of Salesforce Billing, ERP, or CLM integrations (especially Zuora and Ironclad).
Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification required.
Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator Certification preferred.
Experience with Apex, LWC, and declarative automation tools.
Familiarity with data migration and legacy CPQ transformation projects.
Working knowledge of Agile development and release/change management.

The Senior Salesforce CPQ Administrator is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce CPQ to support sales operations, quoting, and pricing processes.
This role will lead complex pricing strategy design, scalable architecture, and the integration of AI-driven automation to enhance sales efficiency and accuracy. The Sr. CPQ Admin will partner closely with Sales Operations, Finance, and Salesforce Platform Architecture teams to deliver a seamless, automated, and intelligent quoting experience.
For the first six months, the role will follow EST working hours to ensure a smooth transition and partnership with business teams.
After this period, the work model will be re-evaluated for flexibility.
The role is remote, with occasional travel (approximately once every six months) for leadership meetings or company events.
Quote-to-Cash Initiative
Focused on the payer side of the Quote-to-Cash project.
Deployment targeted for December, followed by ongoing management post-handover from service provider Slalom.
System Integrations
Integrate Salesforce with key systems such as Zuora and Ironclad.
Ensure accurate field mapping, seamless data flows, and end-to-end process alignment across applications.
Configure Salesforce CPQ objects including products, price books, bundles, discount schedules, and approval workflows.
Maintain and enhance CPQ rules (pricing, product selection, and validation).
Support guided selling, quote templates, and renewal processes.
Manage quoting workflow updates for new product launches, pricing changes, and partner offers.
Implement automation and AI-based features using Salesforce Flow, Einstein, and Salesforce Agent.
Partner with Sales and Finance teams to ensure timely, accurate quote and contract delivery.
Troubleshoot quote creation issues and resolve CPQ-related support tickets.
Provide training, documentation, and enablement for sales users on CPQ functionalities.
Ensure data accuracy between Salesforce CPQ and systems integrated via Informatica ETL feeds.
Maintain clean product catalogs in collaboration with Sales Ops and Data Steward teams.
Support downstream integrations with Billing, ERP, and Contract Management systems.
Act as subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce CPQ within offshore and cross-functional teams.
Review and adopt new Salesforce CPQ release features as appropriate.
Recommend and deliver enhancements to improve quoting speed, accuracy, and compliance.
Maintain detailed documentation, process maps, and configuration references.
Work closely with the onshore Salesforce Manager to deliver sprint-based changes.
Collaborate with the Salesforce Platform Architect and Sales Ops to align technical solutions with business needs.
Architect and own the end-to-end CPQ strategy, ensuring scalability, modularity, and performance.
Support QA and UAT testing for CPQ releases.
Experience with AI/automation frameworks in Salesforce.
Exposure to large-scale or multi-entity Salesforce implementations.
Background in financial or payer-side systems is a plus.
