Technical Implementation Specialist – CPQ

Overview:
Seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist with experience in implementing and supporting (product) CPQ solutions in enterprise customer environments. The role involves provisioning platforms, configuring integrations, and supporting early product adoption by ensuring systems are properly deployed and operational.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision and configure customer environments for CPQ implementations.
- Configure integrations with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics and enable data synchronisation.
- Support platform setup, workflow configuration, and feature enablement for early adopters.
- Conduct technical onboarding sessions and assist customers during implementation.
- Troubleshoot environment, configuration, and integration issues.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to support product rollout and adoption.
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Implementation, Solution Consulting, or SaaS platform implementation.
- Experience with CRM integrations, APIs, and automation/integration tools.
- Strong customer-facing communication and troubleshooting skills
Mandatory Checks:
- Provisioning tenants, configuring data syncs, setting up integrations, and ensuring that each Early Adopter customer is fully operational.
- Strong hands-on with product-based organisations and CPQ/CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) is a must.
