Job Summary
Seeking a Junior Business Manager to support the Infrastructure Services leadership team across operations, strategy, analytics, and reporting. This role involves project management, financial monitoring, governance support, and developing clear, executive-level presentations. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable handling sensitive information while working with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations and key initiatives (training, town halls, ad-hoc projects).
- Partner with business managers across Technology on cross-functional work.
- Collaborate with internal functions (Finance, Legal, Risk, etc.).
- Build and improve processes that help the organization scale effectively.
- Prepare materials for internal/external requests (e.g., GRC, audits, regulators).
- Produce monthly reporting on accomplishments, budget forecasts, and risks.
- Manage multiple projects with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Assist with financial planning, budget tracking, and spend transparency.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Business, MIS, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years in data analysis, business management, project management, consulting, or tech operations.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and execution skills.
- Ability to distill complex data into executive-level presentations.
- Experience with tools like SharePoint, Jira, ServiceNow, Apptio.
- Advanced Excel/PowerPoint.
- Self-starter comfortable with fast-paced, evolving environments.
Non-Negotiables
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, large datasets, power queries a plus).
- Excellent communication & presentation skills for senior leadership.
- Highly proactive, takes ownership, solves problems independently.
- Strong stakeholder management and data analytics familiarity.
Nice to Have
- Vendor management or financial management experience.
- Prior financial services experience (not required but beneficial).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
