The Role...
We’re looking for a hands-on, analytical and data-savvy Head of Sales Operations to help power the next stage of our already impressive growth trajectory. This fast paced role is the engine room of our sales team - you will oversee and implement smarter processes, sharper insights and smoother systems that let our team spend more time doing what they do best: winning taps, growing distribution, and getting our beer into the hands of drinkers across the UK.
Ways of working: 2 days a week in Gloucestershire
The Business...
Hawkstone Brewery, established in 2005 and formerly known as Cotswold Brewing Co., has rapidly grown into one of the UK's fastest-growing private breweries. It rebranded in 2021 after collaborating with Jeremy Clarkson on Hawkstone Lager, brewed using barley from his Diddly Squat Farm. The brewery produces a variety of products, including Hawkstone Premium Lager, and Hawkstone Cider.
You...
We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations leader, ideally within the drinks industry however we are open to FMCG. You will have a strong analytical background and highly proficient in CRM, Power BI and Excel. This will suit a strong communicator, leader and project manager.
Hawkstone is growing incredibly quickly so it is also advantageous that you have experience in a SME culture or worked for a brand that has had high growth.
