Job Overview:
The Sr. Manager – Operations will be directly accountable for scaling student recruitment by educating, engaging, and encouraging channel partners to drive high-volume applications and recruitment growth for European universities. The primary responsibility of this role will be to execute in-person engagement strategies that strengthen channel partner relationships and maximise their student recruitment performance.
Job requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Operations and Sales, preferably in the education, edtech, or services industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in team management and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills relevant for agency partners and external stakeholders.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong business acumen with analytical and strategic thinking.
- High proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and performance management systems.
Salary-12.00 to 16.00 Lacs PA
