Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and communication-strong professional to manage our complete sales communication and order operations cycle. This role involves handling client enquiries, coordinating order processing, managing internal follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, production, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Relationship Handling
- Handle all incoming enquiries via email, WhatsApp, phone, and sellers.
- Respond promptly and professionally to clients, designers, and architects.
- Provide product information confidently after training.
- Manage follow-ups, reminders, and client updates through the CRM.
Order Processing & Coordination
- Receive client orders via email and process them accurately.
- Create and send Proforma invoices/Tax invoices to clients.
- Track payment status and ensure timely order confirmation.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timelines are met.
- Track order status daily and update clients as required.
Dispatch, Logistics & After-Sales
- Coordinate with logistics for dispatches and pickups.
- Share dispatch updates & tracking details with clients on time.
- Confirm delivery status and ensure smooth completion.
- Send warranty cards, installation guidelines, and any after-sales support required.
Internal Operations & Documentation
- Maintain all CRM entries, follow-up logs, and order records.
- Organise email communication and ensure no enquiry is missed.
- Prepare weekly reports on queries received, orders processed, and pending tasks.
Experience
- 4–5 years of experience in sales coordination, customer relationship, inside sales, or order management.
- Experience handling email-based and WhatsApp-based client communication.
- Experience coordinating with production, logistics, or operations teams (preferred).
Skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills (fluent English).
- Extremely organised and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable handling multitasking and time-sensitive follow-ups.
- Confident phone communication with clients and professionals.
- CRM usage knowledge (Zoho/HubSpot/any).
- Understanding of invoices, dispatches, and basic order flow.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
