Overview:
This is a full-time role reporting directly to senior leadership in Boca Raton, FL. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION! You must already live or be willing to move (very soon!) to South Florida or please DO NOT APPLY.
You will be the engine behind our sales team — ensuring leads flow smoothly from marketing, through sales, into onboarding, and beyond. This role is a mix of sales operations, CRM management, and team coordination. You’ll keep our systems humming, run weekly sales meetings, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Operations & CRM
- Manage Salesforce CRM dashboards, fields, and reports.
- Oversee Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns.
- Ensure accurate pipeline tracking, lead scoring, and reporting.
- Coordinate client communications & Customer Service.
- Automation & Systems
- Manage Twilio SMS notifications for client communications.
- Oversee automated trial-to-lease email and text cadence.
- Manage auto-email post sales program.
- Track invoicing, lease billing, and expenses in QuickBooks.
- Team Coordination
- Run weekly sales team meetings (agenda, reporting, action items).
- Track sales KPIs (trial-to-lease conversions, pipeline health, revenue forecasts).
- Coordinate between sales reps, marketing, logistics, and leadership.
- Process Execution
- Ensure consistent trial → lease → renewal flow.
- Monitor client onboarding, usage reports, and education calls.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
Required Skills:
- 3–5 years in Sales Operations, CRM admin, or Business Operations.
- Experience in medical sales, or healthcare sales ops.
- Experience supporting distributed/remote sales teams.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (mandatory).
- Experience with Twilio, QuickBooks, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
- Understanding of sales funnels and B2B client management.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
