Company Description - It All Started With a Faucet... https://carrcompany.com/
Carr Company was founded more than eight decades ago by George and Edith Carr, who launched their business to sell a line of products from Edith’s father’s company, Schaible Faucets. The couple had a passion for plumbing products and soon the business expanded, driven by their hard work, solid relationships and unrelenting drive to be the best. Carr Company moved to Florida in 1967 and is now in its third generation of family ownership. In 2024, the company became 100% employee-owned through the launch of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This marks a whole new chapter for Carr Company—one where every team member now has a personal stake in the future of the business.
