Swoop-adventures.com is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to thrive in a dynamic, scaling environment. You will be central to transforming data into actionable insights, streamlining processes, and enhancing team effectiveness across Sales, Customer Experience, Tech, Marketing, and Finance. This role offers significant exposure and the chance to directly influence operational strategy and growth.

What you will do:
- Analyse operational and commercial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, building dashboards and translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Map and review business processes, highlighting bottlenecks, recommending improvements, and supporting the implementation of new systems and workflows.
- Work alongside the Head of Operations on strategic projects, tracking progress, coordinating teams, and creating detailed documentation for processes and systems.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven track record in analytical or operational roles (Business Analyst, Operations Specialist) with increasing responsibility and a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Tech-savvy with excellent Google Sheets capabilities, experience with CRM solutions (ideally HubSpot), and integrating off-the-shelf functionality into legacy systems.
- Demonstrated ability to create standard operating procedures, document processes effectively, and navigate/improve operational systems in fast-paced, scaling organizations.
