Privatal is currently working with a Pan-European private equity investor in the search for a new group CFO for their Professional Services company.
The Ideal CFO Profile
- Demonstrated experience in business models related to people as IT service, Consulting, Audit, Business Service, Professional Service, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in Post-Merger Integrations, Consolidation and Synergy realisation for decentralised business models as part of a buy-and-build story.
- Demonstrated experience in building up finance functions, finance teams, and professionalising the organisation for further growth.
- Demonstrated experience in financial- & risk management, covering liquidity, working capital, and financing with a focus on an LBO strategy.
- Demonstrated experience in the transformation and implementation of new systems and in harmonising the IT landscape of the group.
- Demonstrated experience and focus on successful management of cash, NWC, and other liquidity topics to drive further value creation.
- Fluency in German and English is seen as a must.
