The Opportunity:
Join a trusted national property company renowned for its Investment, Asset and Portfolio Management services for private and corporate clients across Australia.
We are hiring an experienced and highly analytical Marketing Operations Manager to champion our Revenue Operations (RevOps) strategy. You will serve as the HubSpot platform expert and a critical link between Sales and Marketing, driving process efficiency, advanced revenue attribution, and overall funnel optimisation. Proactive initiative and mastery of the HubSpot ecosystem are mandatory. This is a unique opportunity to make a real influence within an organisation and drive significant growth.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate proactive initiative in identifying and solving operational bottlenecks and possess a blend of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and analytical mastery.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Operations & Strategy
- Develop, execute, and monitor integrated sales and marketing strategies that directly contribute to the company's revenue goals.
- Ensure deep alignment between Sales and Marketing on lead definitions, lead routing, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reporting methodologies.
- Identify and champion opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the entire RevOps funnel.
- Utilise Avoma recordings, AI coaching tools, and configure its integration with HubSpot to provide data-driven feedback and support to client-facing staff.
HubSpot Platform Expertise & Administration (Core Function)
- Serve as the internal expert and administrator for the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and optimal user experience for both Sales and Marketing teams.
- Design, build, and optimise complex multi-channel marketing campaigns entirely within the HubSpot Marketing Hub, including advanced workflows, lead scoring models, and segmentation.
- Oversee the technical integration of HubSpot with other business systems and manage necessary custom objects, properties, and data syncs.
Reporting, Analytics, & Performance
- Execute advanced revenue attribution reporting to track and attribute every dollar of revenue to specific Marketing or Business Development activities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive, cross-functional dashboards within HubSpot.
- Report to the Executive Committee on Sales and Marketing results and performance against revenue KPIs, including MQL to SQL conversion rates, sales cycle length, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI.
Content Strategy & Team Leadership
- Develop, write, and oversee the production of high-quality, conversion-focused content for publication across key digital channels (email, social media, website/blog).
- Manage a small team of marketing, IT, and business development staff to deliver results and mentor them in data-driven decision-making.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of progressive experience in sales management, marketing management, or a combined revenue-focused role (RevOps, Marketing Ops).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Mandatory: Advanced working knowledge and hands-on administrative experience with the HubSpot platform, including: HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub | Experience with custom coding, data migration, API integration concepts, and custom objects/properties | Designing custom reports and complex attribution models.
- Must demonstrate proactive initiative in solving problems, improving processes, and seeking out new opportunities for growth.
- Strong theoretical and practical understanding of RevOps (Revenue Operations) principles.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable strategies and clear business narratives.
- Excellent communication, confident presentation, and collaboration skills, capable of influencing both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
