Role: Chief Revenue Officer

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is a key member of the executive leadership team and will be responsible for driving all revenue-generating functions across the company. This role leads our sales, partnerships, marketing, client success, and revenue operations teams with the goal of accelerating growth, improving predictability, and optimizing the entire revenue engine.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in scaling B2B SaaS and/or fintech revenue organizations, understands the SMB and channel-distribution landscape, and can align cross-functional teams toward aggressive growth targets.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Revenue Strategy & Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with the company’s long-term objectives.

Own the full revenue lifecycle, including acquisition, retention, expansion, and monetization.

Set measurable KPIs, forecasting models, and operational processes to enable predictable, sustainable scaling.

Provide executive oversight and leadership to Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Client Success, and Revenue Operations.
Sales & GTM Execution

Lead the design, execution, and optimization of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for direct sales, channel partners, advisors, and strategic alliances.

Drive high-performance culture across sales teams with clear accountability, incentives, and coaching.

Identify new revenue streams, verticals, or business models that align with company strategy.
Partnerships & Channel Growth

Expand and deepen relationships with advisors, brokers, payroll providers, and other strategic partners.

Create scalable partner programs that drive repeatable and increasing revenue.

Identify opportunities to strengthen product-market fit within partner ecosystems.
Marketing & Demand Generation

Work closely with marketing leadership to ensure alignment between brand, messaging, demand generation, and sales pipeline goals.

Optimize top-of-funnel performance through data-driven approaches in digital, product-led, and traditional channels.
Client Success & Retention

Partner with CS leadership to improve client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.

Oversee the refinement of onboarding workflows, support processes, account management strategies, and customer lifecycle programs.

Reduce churn through proactive engagement and meaningful customer insights.
Revenue Operations & Analytics

Establish strong revenue operations foundations, including forecasting, reporting, and analytics.

Partner with Finance to ensure revenue performance aligns with budgets, growth models, and investor expectations.

Ensure CRM and sales tools are optimized to support operational efficiency and visibility.
What You Bring:

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue-focused roles (CRO, SVP/VP Sales, VP Revenue, etc.).

Proven track record scaling revenue teams and surpassing aggressive growth targets in B2B SaaS or fintech.

Deep experience with sales organization design, compensation structures, territory planning, and forecasting.

Strong understanding of channel sales, financial services distribution, or retirement/benefits industry preferred.

Data-driven decision maker with a strong command of metrics, analytics, and pipeline management.

Excellent communication skills and an ability to inspire and influence at all levels of the organization.
