About the Role
We’re hiring a Business Operations Assistant (Co-op) to support the CEO across two fast-growing companies:
• Viral Vault Studios — social-media content + production
• MichaudCPAs — modern, cloud-based accounting firm
This is an on-site, hands-on role where you’ll assist with operations, social media, content creation, admin tasks, and light marketing/sales support. Great for students in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related programs.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content- Create short-form content (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts)
- Assist with on-site video shoots
- Edit content (Canva, CapCut, OPUS Clip)
- Draft captions, hashtags, and schedules
- Upload posts + reply to comments
Marketing & Creative- Support CEO’s personal brand content
- Help with campaigns for VVS & MCPA
- Draft simple scripts, ideas, and creative briefs
- Light competitor or market research
- Maintain posting calendars (Asana)
Operations & Admin- Review inbound leads and inquiries
- Assist with email drafting + research tasks
- File organization + digital system maintenance
- Support day-to-day scheduling + shoot prep
Sales Support (Light)- Assist with proposals + outreach lists
- Review leads for follow-up
- Occasional scripted cold calling (if required)
