Job Description – Oracle CPQ Production Support Engineer
Role Summary
Provide production support for Oracle CPQ applications and Quote-to-Order (Q2O) processes, ensuring system stability, issue resolution, and seamless integration with CRM, ERP, and third-party platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle CPQ and Q2O processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configuration, pricing, approvals, and quote generation.
- Analyze and resolve incidents/tickets within SLA using ServiceNow or similar tools.
- Support integrations between Oracle CPQ, CRM, ERP, and external systems.
- Perform deployments, data fixes, regression testing, and release support activities.
- Collaborate with business users, sales teams, and developers to deliver effective solutions.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Support CPQ enhancements, patches, and feature rollouts.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to security and coding standards.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Oracle CPQ.
- Expertise in:
- BML (BigMachines Language)
- BMQL
- Commerce & Configuration Modules
- Pricing and Approval Workflows
- SQL / PL-SQL knowledge.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
- CRM/ERP integration experience (Salesforce, Oracle ERP, SAP, etc.).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is an advantage.
