What youll be doing (and owning)
This is a busy, varied role where your impact will be felt daily. Youll:
Produce and manage orderbooks aligned to customer needs and business targets.
Enter orders, maintain pricing, part numbers, VAS and customer data with total accuracy.
Be the go-to problem solverworking with Sales, Logistics, Operations, and Warehousing to keep orders moving end-to-end.
Analyse orderbooks and flag risks early, keeping customers and sales teams fully informed.
Support allocations, shipping windows, and warehouse communication so deadlines never slip.
Track KPIs like fulfilment rates, customer satisfaction and delaysand help improve them.
Support with pricing queries, credits, invoices and terms.

Youre organised, commercial-minded, and genuinely care about delivering brilliant customer experiences.
Essential
Experience working with distributors.
12 years general office experience with measurable success.
Strong Excel/MS Office skills and confidence handling data.
Nice To Have
STYLEman experience (helpful but not essential).
