Lofty is looking for a hands-on, systems-minded
Sales Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves solving complex operational challenges. This is a high-impact role for a true builder — someone ready to create structure, clarity, and scalability across Lofty’s growing sales organization.
As the operational right hand to the Director of Sales, you’ll design the processes, insights, and infrastructure that empower our sales team to perform at their peak and drive Lofty’s ambitious growth goals forward.
Own & Optimize the Sales Tech Stack
- Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot CRM and Gong, managing configuration, automation, reporting, and user permissions.
- Administer and optimize RevenueHero, ensuring high-intent inbound leads are efficiently qualified, routed, and booked.
- Maintain clean, reliable integrations across HubSpot, Gong, and RevenueHero.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, attribution, and CRM best practices.
Drive Pipeline Visibility, Forecasting & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards and analytics that provide real-time visibility into pipeline health and performance.
- Track and analyze key sales metrics including deal closes, conversion rates, deal velocity, win/loss, and response times.
- Surface trends, risks, and opportunities with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Partner on quota setting and performance tracking.
Develop & Enforce Scalable Sales Processes
- Define, document, and optimize workflows from inbound lead through closed-won and onboarding.
- Maintain SOPs, qualification criteria, stage definitions, and playbooks.
- Champion CRM discipline and ensure alignment across sales, marketing, and operations.
Administer Sales Orders & Deal Processing
- Own the creation and accuracy of sales orders to prevent processing delays.
- Partner closely with Account Executives, Finance, and Onboarding to ensure speed and accuracy across every deal.
Enable the Sales Team for Peak Performance
- Partner with the Director of Sales to support business reviews, call coaching, pipeline reviews, and team meetings.
- Use insights from Gong to support coaching and continuous improvement.
- Maintain and evolve sales enablement materials, templates, dashboards, and onboarding content.
Lead as a Strategic Partner
- Anticipate team needs and proactively solve operational challenges.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives such as process improvements, commission reporting, and system enhancements.
- Provide clarity and actionable insights that strengthen the sales organization.
What’s the work location?
You’ll be based out of our stunning, light-filled headquarters in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenix—a 17,000-square-foot space designed for collaboration, creativity, and connection. During onboarding and training, you’ll work in-office five days a week to ramp up quickly and connect with your team. Once performance metrics are met, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule of three in-office days per week.
What’s the earning potential ($$$)?
First-year earnings? This role offers a competitive base salary range starting at $75,000 - $85,000 and a 20% bonus with opportunities for growth based on performance.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Experience with sales tools such as HubSpot, Gong, and RevenueHero (or similar).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data visualization skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with a knack for building efficient systems.
- Exceptional responsiveness, follow-through, and ownership mindset.
- Strong communicator with the ability to bridge technical and sales teams effectively.
- Familiarity with sales compensation, forecasting, or order management processes.
