Role
We’re hiring a sales manager to join our Phoenix-based team. This is an in-person role spanning sales strategy, customer outreach, revenue management, and team leadership. You’ll work closely with our founder and head of growth to shape and execute our sales playbook as we scale.
Ideal background
- 3+ years of sales management experience, ideally in technical SaaS
- Proficient with CRMs (especially HubSpot)
- Experience managing sales, marketing, and customer success operations
- Able to learn and communicate BoreDM’s software capabilities
What you'll do
- Shape sales strategy, set and track KPIs, and run regular team meetings
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM data in HubSpot and Google Sheets
- Manage and develop sales associates
- Source and qualify new sales opportunities
- Engage potential customers quickly via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Lead product demonstrations for potential customers
Compensation
- On-target earnings: $90k-$110k
- $60k-80k base + incentives, depending on experience
