Your Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Partner with the Global Head to define, track, and communicate critical business priorities and objectives.
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings, and external engagements.
- Conduct analysis and engage with key stakeholders to support decision-making and identify emerging trends in the biosimilars market.
- Coordinate annual and mid-term business planning processes, ensuring alignment across global functions and regions.
- Monitor progress against KPIs and business initiatives; prepare dashboards and performance summaries.
- Support governance forums (e.g., leadership team meetings, steering committees, townhalls) by managing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Represent the Global Head in selected meetings and forums when required.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Act as a liaison between global leadership and regional teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Optimize workflows, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency within the global biosimilars platform.
- Anticipate challenges and proactively propose solutions to ensure business continuity.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of consulting with focus on pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with exposure to biosimilars or generics preferred
- Proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and executive-level support
- Strong understanding of global healthcare and regulatory environments
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- High degree of adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English skills
