Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support digital campaign execution and business operations, including close coordination with the finance team for invoicing and collections. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to 4 years of experience who want exposure to both digital advertising operations and financial workflows.
Roles & Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Execution & Operations
- Plan, coordinate, and execute digital campaigns via direct clients andagency partners.
- Workclosely with internal teams and agencies to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
- Monitor campaign delivery and assist in optimizing performance based on key parameters (geo, device, audience, creative, targeting, etc.).
- Maintainaccurate records of campaign execution, delivery status, and post-campaign details.
Business Operations & Finance Coordination
- Manage end-to-end post-business operations, including coordination with the finance team for invoice creation.
- Support finance by providing accurate campaign numbers, billing details, and required documentation.
- Track payment collections, maintain records, and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely closure.
- Flagdelays, mismatches, or gaps in invoicing and collections to help maintain clean financial records.
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
- Identify business opportunities, operational gaps, and potential problem areas such as revenue leakage or process delays.
- Provide proactive recommendations to improve business efficiency, from campaign execution to payment collection.
- Assist in evaluating data related to sales activities and campaign transactions to ensure targets are met.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with sales, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth business flow.
- Direct and organize information related to sales activities, campaign execution, and financial tracking.
Requirements
- 0–4 years of experience in digital advertising operations, campaign management, or related roles.
- Basic to good understanding of digital display campaigns, planning/buying processes, and media terminology.
- Familiarity with CTV, Mobile, or Programmatic advertising is a plus.
- Understanding of cross-functional workflows, especially finance and operations.
- Basic knowledge of ad servers or ad operations technologies preferred.
- Ability to interpret campaign performance across variables like geo, device, audience, and creative.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable following up with teams and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
