Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru. We are hiring a high-potential Generalist – Commercial Operations & GTM to work closely with senior leadership on Commercial Operations, GTM, and Revenue Operations initiatives.
This is not a narrowly scoped operations role. You will get hands-on exposure to pricing, deal structuring, contracts, funnels, forecasting, and GTM strategy, with increasing ownership as you grow.
Approximate split of responsibilities:
~40% Commercial Operations / Deal Desk
~60% GTM & Revenue Operations initiatives
You are not expected to be an expert in Commercial Operations on day one. We will invest in training and context to help you ramp quickly. However, a basic understanding of SaaS revenue concepts and a strong learning ability will be important to succeed in this role.
You will play a key role in building scalable commercial and GTM foundations as the company grows.
About the Role
Commercial Operations & Deal Desk
• Own and manage the end-to-end deal process, including pricing, deal structuring, discount governance, and bookings accuracy
• Maintain and update commercial templates such as order forms, MSAs, amendments, and partner agreements
• Support contract negotiations by coordinating across Sales, Legal, and Finance
• Help Sales on deal health, risks, and optimal structuring
• Enforce deal desk policies, approval workflows, and pricing guidelines
• Ensure accurate deal data in CRM to support forecasting, reporting, and revenue recognition
- Partner with Finance to ensure adherence to SaaS revenue recognition standards
GTM & Revenue Operations
• Support GTM strategy, funnel analysis, and revenue workflows
• Work on RevOps and Sales Ops initiatives, including processes, tooling, and reporting
• Help build and scale inbound and outbound lead generation engines
• Improve lead routing, qualification, and handoffs across the funnel
• Build and maintain dashboards, models, and analyses for pipeline and performance
• Assist with forecasting, pipeline reviews, and GTM performance insights
• Identify and execute process improvements across the revenue motion
Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience at a B2B SaaS company
• Strong understanding of finance and revenue concepts such as pricing, revenue, margins, invoicing, forecasting, ACV, TCV, and GRR
• Strong interest in GTM strategy, RevOps, Sales Ops, or growth
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• (Nice to have) Background or education in Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field (not mandatory)
