Job Title: Head – Sales Operations

Job Summary:
The Sales Operations Head will lead and streamline sales processes, drive performance tracking, and support the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end sales operations and daily performance
- Develop and monitor sales KPIs, MIS, and reports
- Improve sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and marketing teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–8 years of experience in sales operations or sales management
- Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Excel/CRM tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
