Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for the position of Cofounder and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) based in Panaji, with the flexibility for partial remote work.
As the CRO, you will lead revenue generation efforts by designing and executing growth strategies, building strategic partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities. You will oversee the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with company goals, analyze key performance metrics, and develop data-driven plans to drive revenue growth. Additionally, you will craft customer-focused go-to-market strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience across the platform.

- Familiarity with digital platforms, marketplace dynamics, and emerging technologies
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, or cultural heritage sectors is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Why me as your co-founder?
Over the past decade, I’ve worked across marketplaces, operations, and early-stage ventures — from companies like Amazon, Swiggy, and Zolo, as well as building ventures of my own.
Recently, I experimented with AuroVil, but eventually called it quits because the idea lacked a real M.O.A.T. and wasn’t scalable in the way I envisioned.
Today, I’m building Trevio — a platform focused on unlocking India’s cultural travel economy.
And I’m looking for a Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to build it together.

The Role: Co-Founder & CRO
I’m looking for someone who wants to build the commercial engine of Trevio from the ground up.
As Co-Founder & CRO, you will be responsible for building and scaling the revenue, partnerships, and supply ecosystem for the platform.

our responsibilities will include:
• Building Trevio’s host and experience supply network across India
• Creating strategic partnerships with homestays, heritage properties, and local operators
• Designing scalable revenue models and pricing frameworks
• Developing distribution channels and growth partnerships
• Turning Trevio into a trusted platform for cultural travel hosts
More importantly, you will help shape the go-to-market strategy and commercial vision of Trevio.
This is a founding role, not just a sales leadership job.
Founding Alignment
As this is a founding partnership, the role requires an initial investment of ₹15 lakhs toward working capital to help build and launch the Trevio MVP, alongside a meaningful equity stake in the company.
