Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as Chief Financial Officer, located in Miami, FL. The Chief Financial Officer will oversee all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, budget management, forecasting, and reporting. Responsibilities also include managing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and offering strategic recommendations to improve financial performance. The role requires collaboration across departments and leadership in guiding financial decision-making processes. Experience with M&A, international transactions a must.
Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting
- Strong expertise in Financial Statements and general Finance
- Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of compliance with financial regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred
- Previous executive-level financial management experience is a plusp
