Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Financial Officer, based in Miami, FL, with the flexibility for some remote work. The CFO will oversee financial planning, manage financial reporting, and lead the development of financial strategies to support company goals. Key responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic insight to foster financial growth. Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Strategic Financial Management
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong background in Finance with exceptional Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
- Demonstrated experience in business development, compliance, and risk management
- Effective leadership and communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFO certification preferred
- Understanding of climate innovation, sustainability, or energy industries is a plus
