We’re launching the next version of our platform and are looking for a hands-on GTM leader to help drive adoption through community-led growth, content, and lifecycle marketing.
This is an early-stage, high-impact role working directly with the Founder & CEO.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a GTM & Growth Lead to design and execute an organic-first go-to-market strategy for an AI SaaS product serving trades and service professionals (e.g., cleaners, landscapers, handymen, and similar verticals).
This role is ideal for someone who understands consumer SaaS growth, community-driven acquisition, and content-led activation—and who prefers execution over slide decks.
Key ResponsibilitiesGo-To-Market & Growth
- Plan and execute a GTM strategy for a SaaS product launch and user migration
- Drive organic user acquisition through communities, content, and partnerships
- Support trial-to-paid conversion and early retention initiatives
Community & Content
- Engage authentically in relevant online communities (e.g., Facebook groups, creator ecosystems)
- Help shape a repeatable content engine (short-form video, social posts, educational content)
- Collaborate with internal teams on messaging and positioning
Lifecycle & Activation
- Build and optimize onboarding, nurture, and re-engagement flows
- Support email and CRM workflows tied to user behavior
- Identify friction points in onboarding and activation
Partnerships & Experiments
- Identify and coordinate micro-influencer or creator partnerships
- Support lightweight paid acquisition tests (optional, data-driven)
- Track performance and iterate quickly based on results
Reporting & Feedback
- Share weekly progress updates and insights
- Recommend improvements based on user response and performance data
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Experience with SaaS or app-based GTM, growth, or lifecycle marketing
- Strong understanding of organic acquisition and community-led growth
- Comfortable working with early-stage products and founders
- Hands-on executor (you do the work, not just manage it)
- Clear communicator, async-friendly
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to SMBs, solopreneurs, or blue-collar audiences
- Familiarity with email automation, CRMs, or growth tools
- Comfort running small experiments and learning fast
- Startup or agency background
Engagement Details
- Type: Contract / Part-time
- Hours: ~10–15 hours per week (flexible)
- Compensation: Competitive, stage-appropriate; opportunity to scale with results
- Reporting to: Founder & CEO
