Job Description
Exol is seeking a GTM Engineer who will play a key role in our technical backbone of our revenue infrastructure.
This role owns the automation, integration, and AI-powered systems that drive our go-to-market motion across our verticals, SDR operations, and end to end funnel engineering.
You will architect and maintain the technical plumbing that connects our CRM, enrichment platforms, AI orchestration layer, and internal toolsensuring that every rep has the right data, the right intelligence, and the right automation at every stage of the revenue cycle.

What You'll Do
- AI & MCP Architecture : Design, build, and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) server integrations that connect LLMs to our CRM, project management, communication, and data platforms. Own the Claude API integration layerincluding prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and tool-use patternsthat powers intelligent automation across the revenue stack.
- Agentic Workflow Engineering : Build and optimize AI agent workflows that automate competitive intelligence generation, deal analysis, prospect research, personalized outreach, and internal operations. Own the agent-per-rep framework that multiplies individual rep capacity through AI-powered assistants.
- CRM Automation & Intelligence Layer : Design and deploy complex multi-step workflows including lead scoring, lifecycle stage transitions, lead routing logic, deal stage automation, and custom object architectures. Build CRM card extensions and AI-powered UI components that surface intelligence directly in the rep workflow.
- Integration Architecture : Own the technical connections across the revenue tech stackCRM, enrichment tools, project management, compensation, deal rooms, contracts, billing, and communication platforms.
Build and maintain API integrations, webhook handlers, MCP servers, and middleware automations that keep systems synchronized.
- Data Enrichment & Pipeline Engineering : Build and maintain enrichment pipelines including waterfall logic, ICP scoring models, credit governance systems, and per-rep enrichment limits.
Own the data flow from enrichment platforms into the CRM for both high-touch and automated account segments.
- Outbound Infrastructure : Own sequence architecture for SDR outreachdeliverability management, sender rotation, A/B testing, and sequence performance monitoring. Ensure the outbound engine scales as the sales team grows without manual bottlenecks.
- Data Quality & Governance : Maintain enrichment accuracy, deduplication rules, field mapping standards, and data hygiene across 10,000+ accounts. Monitor provider reliability and manage failover logic across enrichment sources.
- Sprint Execution & Documentation : Ship weekly releases following a structured sprint cadence (Friday assignment ? MonWed execution ? Thursday leadership demo/approval ? Monday production release).

What You'll Need
- 3+ years in a GTM Engineering, Revenue Systems Engineering, Marketing Operations Engineering, or Sales Operations Engineering role at a B2B SaaS company
- Strong CRM platform expertise (HubSpot preferred) : workflows, custom objects, calculated properties, lead scoring, lifecycle stage management, API integrations, and operations-tier features
- Experience with data enrichment platforms (Clay preferred) : waterfall enrichment logic, ICP list building, credit management, and enrichment pipeline architecture
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Claude API, OpenAI API, or equivalent) : prompt engineering, tool-use / function-calling patterns, structured output parsing, and agentic workflow design
- Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar tool-use frameworks that connect AI models to external data sources and platforms. Ability to build, deploy, and maintain MCP server integrations
- Integration experience with middleware and orchestration platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or direct API)comfortable writing scripts (JavaScript or Python) to bridge systems and build custom integrations
- Experience supporting an outbound SDR team of 310+ reps and owning the tooling and automation stack that team operated on
- Proven ability to build GTM infrastructure from scratch at a scaling company, not just maintain existing systems
- Documentation-first mindset : willingness to produce release notes, write runbooks, and maintain walkthrough recordings for every change shipped
- Minimum 4 to 5 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time for real-time collaboration with the RevOps team and sales leadership
