ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:
Hitched is a leading UK wedding planning brand providing inspiration, advice, planning tools and a wedding vendor marketplace with thousands of wedding professionals. Since 1997, the brand has helped more than a million UK couples to plan their perfect wedding.
As the Sales Operations Manager, you will work alongside the teams counterparts in EU & LATAM to build the structure, processes, and capabilities across all revenue operations functions for the UK and India. In this role, you will manage 3 core functions of LRO, Collections, Customer Success and Vendor Onboarding, as well as being the functional owner of all things Delivery Operations for the countries. You will be responsible for a team in the UK as well as being the Manager of the Country lead in India in order to bring TKWW’s newest markets into alignment and nurture them as they continue to grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop strategies, plans and priorities for the LRO team for business growth and success in line with OKRs.
- Implement new processes and tools aligned with other countries to best influence efficiency.
- Work alongside the Sales Manager’s to determine needs and offer best in class support.
- Manage and nurture the LRO team to meet their objectives and give guidance in challenging cases.
- Use data to provide insights on operational functionality highlighting successes and potential opportunities.
- Manage projects across the LRO team which may impact all LRO Countries.
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:
- At least 3+ years of experience in a Sales, Operations or Customer Service management role.
- Speaks Spanish, preferred but not required
- Proven leadership skills at a senior level with the ability to manage, motivate and develop others.
- Experience working in collaboration with other key stakeholders.
- Strong demonstrable skills and knowledge of working within CRM systems.
- A seasoned communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working alongside other Country markets would be ideal but not essential.
- Project management experience would be advantageous.
- Experience working with complex data sets and manipulating these in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
