Your role at a glance
The Global Sales Operations Technology Analyst will play a critical role in the our transformation of global go-to-market (GTM) operations. This role focuses on building a unified, intelligent foundation across data, process, and technology to enable seamless cross-functional integration, automation, intelligent insights, and agentic workflows at scale. Working within Global Sales Operations, the analyst will collaborate across Sales, Sales Support, IT, and regional Operations teams (Americas, EMEA, APAC, Japan, and India) to align enterprise data models, standardize business processes, and activate technology enablement for clearly defined business cases. This position acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating strategy into system capabilities that advance the company’s digital transformation roadmap and global operating model.
What we are looking for
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Architecture & Governance Support the global data harmonization and unification initiative, aligning Salesforce data models and hierarchies with enterprise data strategy. Establish and maintain metadata, governance standards, and audit routines that ensure trustworthy data. Partner with IT and data engineering teams to scope requirements for GTM platforms with centralized data lakes and analytics environments. Perform data quality checks, reconciliation routines, and root-cause analysis of data integrity issues across systems. Process Design & Intelligent Workflow Enablement Map, document, and optimize global opportunity, quote-to-cash, and contract lifecycle workflows to eliminate friction and prepare for automation. Collaborate with system architects to implement human-in-the-loop workflows that balance automation with decision control. Define and document agentic workflow use cases, enabling AI agents to execute repetitive processes, analyze data, and surface recommendations. Identify opportunities for process digitization and orchestration using connected systems (Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, ERP). Platform Optimization & Scalability Drive continuous improvement across Salesforce, CPQ, Conga CLM, ERP, Outreach, and ZoomInfo, ensuring global scalability and cross-platform consistency. Translate business needs into platform configurations that support enterprise-grade reliability, governance, and extensibility. Collaborate with IT on testing, deployment, and documentation for enhancements that support data-driven decisioning. Insights & Analytics Build and maintain dashboards and KPI frameworks that provide unified visibility into pipeline, bookings, forecast accuracy, and productivity. Partner with analytics teams to connect operational data with predictive and prescriptive AI models. Support ad-hoc analysis and insight generation to inform strategic GTM decisions. Adoption, Change, & Technology Transformation Drive user enablement through global training, onboarding, and digital adoption content. Collect user feedback to inform platform enhancements and emerging AI use cases. Participate in structured change-management programs for new workflows, integrations, and data models. Contribute to the creation of an AI-ready culture by helping define roles, guardrails, and governance practices for agentic systems. Strategic & Innovation Initiatives Support AI and automation pilots that extend GTM capabilities. Collaborate with enterprise AI and data teams to test and implement agentic workflow prototypes. Partner with leadership to assess ROI and scalability of new automation technologies. Champion global collaboration between technical and non-technical teams to accelerate technology enablement maturity. KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES Solid understanding of Salesforce, CPQ, CLM (e.g., Conga), and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) within a global GTM environment. Familiarity with Outreach, ZoomInfo, and other sales enablement tools. Knowledge of opportunity management, quote-to-cash, and contract lifecycle workflows. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks and documentation. Familiarity with AI-powered applications, generative AI tools, or automation frameworks. Knowledge of data architecture, governance principles, and data-model harmonization. Ability to define and document end-to-end process flows and identify automation opportunities. Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and systems-design mindset. Excellent communicator capable of bridging business, technical, and AI strategy discussions. Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing deliverables across global stakeholders. Passionate about digital transformation, continuous improvement, and responsible AI adoption. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Computer Science or related field. Salesforce Administrator certification preferred. Certifications in Data Analytics, Process Automation, or AI/ML Fundamentals are highly desirable. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 3-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems Administration Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms Exposure to CPQ and CLM tools (e.g., Conga, SAP CLM) and quote-to-cash processes Experience supporting data integration and reporting across GTM systems Familiarity with sales enablement tools such as Outreach and ZoomInfo Experience building dashboards and reports for sales performance and forecasting Prior involvement in platform testing, documentation, and change management Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing user inquiries or training Experience coordinating workstreams or supporting strategic initiatives Experience with AI-powered tools or platforms to support automation, agentic workflows, or data enrichment. Adherence to company data governance, security, and compliance standards is required. Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced global business environment. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to use standard office equipment (laptop, monitors, phone, video conferencing). May occasionally need to lift up to 10–15 pounds (e.g., equipment, office supplies). Ability to participate in video or in-person meetings across multiple time zones. Operate computer, peripherals, and other office equipment. WORK CONDITIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS Remote work environment with a stable internet connection. Must be flexible to collaborate with global teams across EMEA, APAC, Japan, and the Americas, occasional early morning or evening calls may be required. Some limited travel may be required for training, workshops, or global team meetings.
