Key Responsibilities:
PO Management
- Manage and oversee the logistics operations related to customer PO
- Aggregate, analyze, and report on PO data and sales performance and progress
- Streamline and document sales aggregation processes
ERP System Support
- Assist with the setup and smooth implementation of ERP systems, including simulations and stabilization
Shipping Management and Logistics Support
- Enhance shipping operations efficiency by supporting outbound shipping and inventory management
- Logistics support
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management or sales operations, preferably in the manufacturing sector & finished vehicle industry
Skills and Expertise
- Understanding of manufacturing and automotive industry operations (pereferable)
- Excellent data and numerical analysis skills
- Proven ability to improve work efficiency through process optimization
- Excel (advanced), PowerPoint (proficient)
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and German.
