Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer role based in Columbia, MD. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing financial strategies, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving the company's financial planning processes. Daily responsibilities include managing financial operations, preparing financial statements, developing long-term financial plans, analyzing data to support business decisions, and ensuring the company's compliance with legal and regulatory financial requirements. The CFO will work closely with executive leadership to align financial goals with Tavio's disruptive and innovative business strategies.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and developing strategic budgets
- Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and interpreting Financial Statements
- In-depth knowledge of Finance and Financial Reporting requirements
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data and assist in decision-making
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CFA is preferred
- Experience in scaling companies or working in high-growth, innovative environments is a plus
