About the Role
We are a growing, performance-driven organization looking for a capable, accountable professional to take ownership of a hybrid inside sales and operations support role.
This is not an entry-level position and not a “support-only” role. You will be trusted to manage revenue-related responsibilities, customer relationships, and core operational coordination with minimal supervision.
If you are someone who:
- Likes clear goals and measurable outcomes
- Is comfortable switching between sales conversations and operational detail
- Enjoys being relied on rather than micromanaged
—you’ll thrive here.
Sales Responsibilities (Approx. 60%)
You will be responsible for converting inquiries into enrolled customers and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries (phone, email, walk-in, digital)
- Qualify leads and understand customer needs
- Present programs and services confidently and professionally
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts
- Follow up consistently and close sales
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
- Coordinate closely with operations to ensure seamless delivery
- Handle objections and problem-solve in real time
- Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
You are expected to own your numbers, not wait to be chased.
Operations & Administrative Responsibilities (Approx. 40%)
You will act as a central operational support resource, working closely with operations leadership and senior management.
- Coordinate corporate training events, instructor programs, and daily office operations
- Schedule instructors, facilities, vehicles, calendars, contracts, and travel
- Liaise with corporate clients, instructors, and students
- Respond to program inquiries and support current and former clients
- Prepare certificates, completion documents, and customer invoices
- Maintain training calendars, SharePoint files, contact lists, and documentation
- Serve as the in-office point of contact for visitors and incoming communications
- Provide direct administrative support to the President & CEO
- Support conferences, exhibits, and marketing communications as needed
- Manage office administration, supplies, and organization
- Step in where needed to keep operations running smoothly
This role requires strong prioritization and comfort juggling multiple responsibilities without dropping details.
