About the Role:-
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive HR & Procurement Head who will play a key role in managing people operations, office administration, vendor coordination, and end-to-end support for brand and client projects. This role sits at the core of our day-to-day functioning — bridging teams, managing vendors, supporting leadership, and ensuring smooth execution across departments.
Key Responsibilities:-
HR & People Operations:
- Manage employee attendance, leave tracking, and internal records
- Support onboarding, documentation, and HR coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for internal HR-related communication
- Maintain accurate employee data and reporting
Office Administration:
- Oversee smooth day-to-day office operations
- Ensure office supplies, facilities, and systems are managed efficiently
- Coordinate internal workflows and cross-team communication
Procurement & Vendor Management:
- Handle procurement for office requirements and client/brand projects
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service partners
- Manage quotations, purchase orders, negotiations, and deliveries
- Maintain updated vendor databases and cost records
Brand & Client Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams for execution of brand and client projects
- Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals
- Support client communication, follow-ups, and documentation
Financial & Expense Management:
- Track employee expenses and vendor bills
- Coordinate with accounts for payments, reimbursements, and reconciliations
- Maintain clear records of project-wise and departmental expenses
Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare operational, financial, and project status reports
- Share updates with Founders and Campaign Heads
- Ensure transparency and timely flow of information across teams
