Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in Bhubaneswar. The CFO will oversee and direct the company’s financial strategy, financial planning, financial reporting, and risk management. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, providing strategic financial insight, and supporting key business decisions. The CFO will collaborate with the executive team to ensure the sustainability of the company’s financial health and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Statements management
- Proficiency in Finance and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex data for strategic decision-making
- Proven leadership experience in a senior financial role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and financial risk management practices
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA are an advantage
- Experience within the sustainable manufacturing or eco-friendly industries is a plus
