We are looking for a Business Operations Manager (Singapore) to lead end-to-end product, partner, and operational readiness for our Singapore offline payment solutions.
In this role, you will own Singapore market operations, partner relationships, and process optimization, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive scalable and efficient payment solutions. You will also provide strategic insights to influence product and operational decisions in the region. It is important to have payment knowledge.
- Own end-to-end Singapore market product and feature requirements, from ideation to launch and post-launch performance.
- Ensure all initiatives are aligned with regional business objectives and product KPIs.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to guide product, pricing, and go-to-market decisions.
- Lead relationships with acquirers, payment partners, and service providers in Singapore.
- Oversee onboarding, integration, and operational readiness of partners.
- Ensure partner operations meet timelines, SLAs, and quality standards, resolving escalations as needed.
- Drive Singapore market operations, including terminal deployment, merchant onboarding, issue resolution, and ongoing support.
- Establish and optimize processes, workflows, and escalation paths for operational efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor operational performance, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Technical teams to deliver solutions that improve product and process efficiency.
- Act as a strategic advisor and execution lead for Singapore market projects.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or retail technology operations.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore offline payments, acquiring flows, and local operational processes.
- Proven experience managing payment partners, acquirers, or vendors.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to operate strategically while also driving hands-on execution.
- Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, evolving market and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
