As Chief Finance Officer, you will form part of our cohesive management team. This critical senior leadership role drives the financial strategy across SYP - leading, managing and developing the force’s finance function to ensure effective financial management. However, this role isn’t just about managing budgets - it’s about ensuring every pound is spent wisely to deliver policing that is effective, efficient and trusted.
