Role Description
Full transparency - we are very much in the fast and fun start-up zone! Having done a comprehensive proof of concept, early adopters and snag proofing phase, we now have our first real clients. We feel really comfortable with our ICP, value proposition and the adoption rate of our game-changing platform, but we want to scale quickly this year.
This opportunity is equity weighted with great OTE, and im looking to work with someone thats intrinsically motivated to grow the organisation alongside the founding team.
As for time commitment - we're output driven, not input. Let's talk about what that might look like for you.
So long as we have open communication channels, you would own this space and ultimately anything or anyone we hire as we scale.
Some things we are looking for
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and developing strategies to identify and attract potential clients.
- Autonomous problem solver
- Background in Account Management and building long-term relationships with strategic partners.
- Exceptional Sales expertise, with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning and crafting actionable plans to drive company growth.
- The ability to implement processes and tools to enhance team performance.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Open to working cross-functionally and managing diverse teams.
