Chief Financial Officer | PE-Backed | Music Technology
Prospera Executive are currently supporting a high-growth, private equity-backed technology business in the music ecosystem on the appointment of a Chief Financial Officer.
The business has recently completed a significant investment, is generating over $100m in revenue, is profitable, and is entering an exciting phase of organic growth alongside strategic M&A.
Reporting directly to the founders and Board, the CFO will play a critical role in scaling the finance organisation, building infrastructure, supporting acquisitions, and acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team as the business enters its next chapter.
We’re interested in speaking with CFOs who can demonstrate:
- Experience within private equity-backed, high-growth businesses.
- A track record of scaling finance functions and supporting organisational growth.
- Strong commercial, strategic and operational finance capability.
- Experience partnering with founders, investors and Boards.
- M&A, capital allocation and corporate development experience.
- Exposure to technology, media, music, digital platforms or adjacent sectors would be advantageous.
The role is based in New York and offers a highly competitive compensation package, including meaningful long-term equity participation.
