The business is entering the final phase of its investment cycle. The CFO will report directly to the CEO and act as a true strategic partner. They will own the numbers, lead exit readiness and help develop the wider leadership team.

Lead preparation for a sponsor exit, working with the Board, investment team and advisers through the process.
Coach and develop an experienced accounting team, embedding robust controls and technical rigour.
Support and mentor operational and commercial leaders as the business scales.

Ideal Candidate

Current or former CFO with PE backed experience and a proven track record of leading a sponsor exit.
Hands on operator who is comfortable building models and reporting personally, without a large team underneath.
Strong understanding of technical accounting.
Credible with a demanding Board and able to act as a genuine partner to the CEO.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of the finance function through a defined exit, with meaningful upside tied to the outcome.
