As a Business Operations Intern (BizOps intern), you will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Operations team to enhance satisfaction and efficiency within French operations, while aligning with teams across four other countries. Reporting to the team lead, your contributions will create a significant impact by improving processes, tools, and driving organizational change.
Your Mission In The Team
- Process Investigation: Investigate and document current processes to identify friction points, areas for improvement, or redundant actions.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data using Excel to support new or existing projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present your findings and insights to various stakeholders, including internal team members and colleagues from other countries working on similar projects.
- Change Management: Contribute to change management efforts in a rapidly evolving company, from developing new processes for specific teams to integrating new companies into our ways of working.
- Project Assistance: Assist team members in delivering diverse ongoing initiatives, such as organizational changes in claim teams, defining processes/tasks for customer service, selecting and implementing back-office tools, and exploring other exciting projects.

- Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a Master’s, MBA, or Grande École program in business, engineering, or a related field.
