Responsibilities

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to inform decision-making

- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to support business needs
- Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in business operations, management, or related roles with a track record of successful project execution
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for clear articulation of strategies and collaboration with diverse teams
- Proficiency in business management software and data analysis tools
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is desirable
