The RoleThe CFO is responsible for protecting the financial integrity of the company and serving as a trusted partner to the CEO.
You will:
- Own financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Build a 13-week rolling cash forecast
- Strengthen controls, compliance, and risk management
- Improve margins and financial discipline
- Manage banking, lending, and capital relationships
- Support growth, expansion, and strategic initiatives
