We are seeking an experienced NDIS Business Operations & Growth Lead to drive operational excellence, ensure NDIS compliance, and support sustainable business growth.
This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who understands NDIS systems, compliance, marketing, and business strategy, and can translate this knowledge into efficient operations and measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations
- Strengthen day-to-day operational systems and workflows
- Improve participant onboarding, service agreements, and service delivery processes
- Support workforce planning, rostering efficiency, and operational sustainability
- Lead and support a small team with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach
Growth, Innovation & Client Enrolment
- Develop creative ideas and strategies to attract and enrol new NDIS participants
- Identify opportunities to increase referrals and strengthen market presence
- Contribute innovative business ideas that support growth and long-term sustainability
Growth & Strategy
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and business growth
- Support the development of new NDIS supports and programs
- Analyse operational and financial performance to inform decision-making
- Contribute to business planning and strategic growth initiatives
Compliance, Financial & NDIS Claims
- Ensure all work is NDIS compliant and aligned with Practice Standards
- Ensure correct application of NDIS pricing arrangements
- Work closely with accounts team to support billing, claims, and reconciliation processes
- Improve financial efficiency and reduce operational and compliance risks
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, NDIA, and partners
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality, participant-centred services
- Support culturally safe and inclusive service delivery, including CALD communities
Essential Criteria
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Proven experience working with an NDIS provider or within the disability sector
- Strong knowledge of NDIS business planning, marketing, compliance, audits, and pricing arrangements
- Experience in business operations, service management, or quality systems
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, lead operational improvements, and support a small team

Pay: $90,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
