Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Business Operations Manager. The role involves managing daily business operations, overseeing operations management strategies, and ensuring smooth program execution across departments. The Business Operations Manager will work closely with different teams, applying analytical skills and financial understanding to streamline processes, optimize resources, and contribute towards organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Operations and Operations Management, focused on enhancing efficiency and workflow
- Female candidates prefered
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate data, implement improvements, and solve complex problems
- Experience in Program Management to oversee and direct cross-departmental initiatives
- Understanding of Finance and its integration with operations for effective cost management and budgeting
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to coordinate multiple teams and projects
- Effective communication and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Experience in the elevator or manufacturing industry is a plus
