Your Mission: Build the Backbone of Revenue Growth
As a
RevOps Intern at voize, you will support the Revenue Operations team in building scalable, data-driven processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll help ensure our revenue engine runs smoothly by improving visibility, efficiency, and decision-making across the funnel. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn how a modern B2B SaaS revenue organisation operates end-to-end.
This is a full-time, fixed-term contract position for a duration of six months (40 hours per week).

Your Daily Business – Learn fast, make an impact
- Support Sales, Marketing, and CS with reporting, dashboards, and performance analyses (pipeline, funnel, ARR, churn)
- Help maintain Data Hygiene (HubSpot): data quality, account structure, contractual data
- Work on process improvements across the revenue funnel (lead → deal → customer), documenting and optimising workflows
- Support tooling initiatives (CRM, sales tools, automation) and test new RevOps ideas and experiments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to align data and processes
- Spot inefficiencies across the customer journey and take ownership to automate things
🤝 Your Skillset – What You Bring To The Table
- You are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a business or quantitative degree (e.g. Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics)
- Analytical Mindset: You enjoy working with data and structured problem-solving
- Interest in RevOps & B2B SaaS: Curious about how revenue teams work and how growth is driven operationally
- Detail-Oriented & Structured: You care about clean data, clear processes, and reliable outputs
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with spreadsheets; first exposure to automations, BI tools, or CRM Tools
- Self-Starter Mentality: You take ownership, ask questions, and proactively look for improvements
